Very condescending to say : 'but I strongly doubt that this boy (that I’m not attached to) deserves such efforts. I think this boy would be very hurt to read what you have said about him.

Ask, whether it is OK for him to lose his virginity before a steady relationship. If not, leave him. Do not try to teach.
